The 105 homes in Quail Hollow were built between 1984 to 1993 ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to a little over 2,400 square feet and are built in the traditional architectural form with vinyl siding and shingled roofing. Most homes have two to four bedrooms and select home sites back up to freshwater canals.
Though the Quail Hollow subdivision does not offer residents any community amenities, the neighborhood is located near some great shopping and restaurants. Within 5 minutes you can reach Towne Center and Seaside Farms shopping center which is home to Target and an array of other retailers. Furthermore, you are less than a five minutes drive to the beaches at Isle of Palms.
