We offer a free, complete home evaluation on properties for all clients of ours.
Our evaluations include the normal home inspection protocol($250. value) moisture analysis of the structure ($750. value) and home energy audit using state of the art Infra-Red imaging technology ($750.value) These services are valued at $1750. dollars and are free to our clients. As well my real estate services are offered free to buyers as my commissions are paid by the seller at the time of closing.
