Real Estate and MLS Advanced Search

Searching for that perfect home on the SC Property Pros site just got even easier.  If you are reading this on-site, look up at the top and you'll see a new toolbar, which has many useful tools for searching for property.  Now take a look at the search function on the bar-its advanced!  When you enter any sort of address name, subdivision, property class, area, etc., it will automatically search the entire SC Property Pros website for that term, including the entire SC MLS.

Whoa...now that's powerful!  Other functions on the toolbar are pretty cool as well.  The facebook icon will open our facebook fan page right on top of the screen and the same with twitter icon.  Play around with it...

Can Real Estate and Construction Be Separated?

We've separated them in such a way that you will be able to see just how connected that they truly are. Just look around you (if you are reading this on site)- we admit it, we were biting off a little more than we could chew when we first began building the SC Property Pros site. Thinking about creating a site which has dedicated MLS search and real estate information packaged together with a full fledged construction company and inspections business is like trying to sell lemon trees at a lemonade stand. Is Microsoft Street Slide a Google Killer? Maybe

Coming up with the next so-called "Google Killer" may seem an impossible task at the moment, unless of course you are already walking around your house shouting search queries into thin air and actually obtaining results. Nevertheless, I'm gonna have to agree with Tony @ GeekEstate and admit that Microsoft's new street view mapping product, Street Slide may be an actual Google Killer.

How to Track Housing Prices With Google Maps

Heatmap for Charleston Area Average Home PricesAs we all know, finding the perfect home is no walk in the park.  Finding a "perfect home" in your budget is even more of a challenge!  Luckily, Trulia has given us another great tool for tracking home prices via a nifty heat map that zooooms (found via Google Maps Mania).
