You may not be aware of this, but there are currently 1279 properties on in the Charleston area for sale, under $150,000.  It's true!  If you look closely at that first page of properties under $150,000, you'll see that there are quite a few that are waaaaaaay under that.  What could this mean?  We'll instead of going out for a beer tonight, why not just buy a house and call it all good!
